A thing for pompoms...

We are a little obsessed with the pompom trend here at sixforgold. I mean who doesn’t love a pompom?

Last December whilst shopping in London I spotted pompom beanie hats on several stylish women in Chelsea.  Always influenced by street style I HAD to have one of those hats there and then.  Well I searched the shops but I just couldn’t find THE pompom hat. So I did what aspiring fashionistas do and I stopped a girl in the street and asked about her hat. Odd? Yeah probably!  But I personally love when that happens to me! So this is how I discovered Bobbl; my furry pompom hat of choice. Well last week whilst shopping in a cold and blustery Belfast I was the girl who got stopped in the street! Result!

Well you’d think one pompom would be enough but it seems I can’t go out these days without a furry pompom on my handbag too. In fact I’ve been noticing some fashionistas doubling up with furry bag charms! Shopping at Ikea last week I found some Christmas tree pompoms which of course I had to have. And only yesterday I saw a cute pair of gloves with furry pompoms attached - but that might be a pompom too far – even for me!
